1. Initial Background Check
We start by collecting basic company information:
Registered company name
Business license (营业执照)
Tax registration
Export license
Company website & contact information
We verify these documents using official government databases to ensure the business is legitimate and active.
Goal: Confirm the supplier is a legally registered company.
2. Factory vs. Trading Company Identification
Many suppliers claim to be manufacturers when they are actually trading companies. We validate this by:
Reviewing business scope on the license
Checking if they have manufacturing-related permits
Asking for factory photos, videos, and live video calls
Checking ownership of production equipment
Goal: Understand whether the supplier truly manufactures the product.
3. Production Capacity Assessment
A verified manufacturer must have the equipment and workers needed to produce consistently.
We evaluate:
Number of production lines
Daily/Monthly output capacity
Machinery type and condition
Factory size and layout
Worker training and skill levels
Goal: Ensure the factory can handle the buyer’s required volume.
4. Quality Control System Review
Quality is one of the biggest concerns for buyers. We check the supplier’s QC processes, including:
Incoming raw material inspection
In-process quality control
Final product testing
Packaging standards
Defect rate records
Certifications such as ISO 9001
Goal: Confirm that the factory follows strict quality standards.
5. Compliance & Certification Check
Depending on the product type, we verify all certifications:
CE, RoHS, FCC
MSDS & chemical safety reports
Food-grade certifications
ISO factory certificates
BIS for India (if required)
Industry-specific testing reports
We validate certificate numbers with issuing organizations to avoid fake documents.

6. Social & Ethical Compliance Audit
We assess whether the factory follows ethical practices:
Worker safety
Proper use of protective equipment
Legal working hours
Fair wages
No child labor
Clean and organized workspace
Goal: Verify the factory operates responsibly and ethically.
7. Sample Evaluation
We request production samples to evaluate:
Material quality
Workmanship
Accuracy to buyer specifications
Durability and functionality
Packaging quality
Goal: Ensure product quality matches the buyer’s expectations.
8. On-Site Factory Audit (Optional or Required for Large Orders)
For higher-value or long-term projects, we conduct a physical on-site inspection.
This includes:
Full facility walk-through
Interviews with the management and QC team
Inspection of production processes
Verification of warehouse storage conditions
Review of documentation and testing equipment
Goal: Provide buyers with a complete, verified assessment of the supplier.
9. Risk Scoring & Final Evaluation
After gathering all data, we assign the factory a Risk Score based on:
Legal status
Product quality
Production capacity
Historical performance
Pricing stability
Communication quality
Only suppliers that pass our verification criteria move forward.

10. Continuous Monitoring
